Google cancels April Fools’ Day. It is the second consecutive year

A Google announced that it will no longer celebrate April Fools’ Day in 2021. The Business Insider started by getting an internal email from the technology where it was said that Google would not make any departure on this day of April.

The reason is related to the pandemic from Covid-19 that is still with us. In addition, Google had already canceled April Fools’ Day in 2020 for the same reasons. However, Google later confirmed the information contained in this email.
“In 2020, we made the decision to suspend our Google tradition of celebrating April Fools’ Day out of respect for everyone who fights against Covid-19. Given that much of the world still faces serious challenges, we are going to suspend games again on April 2021 April Fools’ Day, it can be read in the e-mail in question.
