Second movie of the franchise that became famous with Michael Jordan, ‘Space Jam’ has first scenes revealed and promises, again, to join the sport to the world of cartoons
The time has come, supporter! After 25 years of the success of the first “Space Jam” film, Warner Bros announced this Saturday the trailer for “Space Jam: A New Legacy”. The saga that brings together the Looney Tunes team with North American basketball stars will have LeBron James in 2021, with a premiere scheduled for July 15, in Brazil. In 1996, the saga marked a generation of fans with the star Michael Jordan.
In the scenes, LeBron James appears looking for his son Dom. After entering a virtual world, the Lakers star is sent to the “forgotten” universe, where the Looney Tunes gang is. It is still possible to see the basketball star hitting the ball with emblematic characters from the gang, such as Bugs Bunny and Lola. See below!
This is the second film that follows the famous union between the cartoon universe and one of the most famous sports in the United States. In 1996, then Chicago Bulls star Michael Jordan was the human responsible for saving the world from a huge alien invasion, on the big screen, in “Space Jam: The Game of the Century”.
