PCDF teams went to the scene and found that those involved lived on the first floor of the building and were drinking alcoholic beverages together, in the victim’s apartment, a 22-year-old man, when they started an argument. After the fight, the perpetrator went to his apartment, took a knife, and went back down the hall to the floor and showed it to the victim.
Fearing for his life, the victim locked himself in his apartment while the perpetrator threw a knife at the front door of the property with the intention of breaking into it. Fearing that the neighbor would be killed, residents went to the police station and called the agents on duty.
According to the victim, the perpetrator claimed at all times that he was going to kill him, since he was just unable to enter his apartment because the police had arrived at the scene. The plaintiff was taken to the 38th DP, circumscription where he was fined in flagrante delicto for the crime of attempted murder.
