A dog stole the microphone from a reporter who was making a live link to a Russian newspaper. The video with the record of the event starring the journalist Nadezhda Serezhkina went viral on social networks when showing the professional being surprised by the dog, having the microphone stolen and then running to retrieve her work material. The dog’s attack occurred while Nadezhda Serezhkina was reporting on a sharp drop in temperatures in Moscow with the arrival of spring in Russia. While the reporter went after the dog in search of the microphone, the newspaper’s presenter, Elina Dashkueva, resumed the broadcast of the studio, frightened by what happened.
A few minutes after the event, Elina Dashkueva called Serezhkina again, who showed that she had recovered the microphone. The material was denounced by the dog’s bite, but the reporter posed beside the animal, petting it and giving evidence that there was no resentment between the two parties.
The Twitter pot with the original release of the video has already received more than 210,800 likes and has been shared more than 58,600 times.
Subsequently, the Russian state TV channel Sputnik shared a video on YouTube showing the two “stages” of the incident, with Serezhkina having the microphone stolen and then making peace with the dog. Watch the video:
