Echo Show 10 gains support for facial tracking during video calls on Zoom

Amazon introduced the third generation Echo Show 10 as one of the most curious devices in its line of smart speakers, since the screen integrated into the speaker allows the device to follow the user’s face during video calls with the family and can be rotated to an angle that best suits the consumer’s view.

Now the official application of Zoom, the online chat and video calling platform that became extremely popular due to the Covid-19 pandemic, finally receives support for automatic facial tracking, allowing the person to move around the house and stay on the board.

As the name of the device already reveals, the Echo Show 10 offers a 10-inch screen with movement, support for Alexa, obviously, and also has limited video calling services like the Amazon service itself, allowing you to call other contacts with Echo devices with screen, and Skype.

With the addition of Zoom, the platform is a little more complete and, due to the large number of consumers that the application received at the beginning of the pandemic, it is easier to find a friend, relative or acquaintance to chat on video through Echo.
