OxygenOS 11.2.2.2 for OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro fixes bugs and security issues

OnePlus has started making its latest update available for smartphones OnePlus 9 e OnePlus 9 Pro, OxygenOS 11.2.2.2. The update available for both devices is around 378MB and according to the list of changes released by OnePlus, it brings improvements in stability during the battery charging process, improvements in the clarity of the video during WhatsApp calls, improvements in support for vibration during the execution of the Call of Duty and PUBG games, corrects an issue that causes the icon indicating low battery not to be displayed in the status bar, corrects an issue that causes the device to restart when the user runs a game and brings fixes to several other known problems and improvements in the overall stability of the device system.

In addition, OxygenOS 11.2.2.2 corrects an issue with the dark mode that causes the navigation bar of applications displayed in split screen to not properly adapt to this mode. In the case of the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro camera suite, the update introduces improvements focusing on the sharpness, noise and white balance of the rear camera, improvements in the white balance of the front camera, improvements in zoom performance and improvements in stability of the cameras. Device users can manually check whether the update is available by accessing device settings and selecting the option for software update.

The OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro smartphones were officially unveiled on March 23. Both feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chip with eight cores, 8GB / 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM 128GB / 256GB of storage capacity based on the UFS (UniversalFlash Storage) 3.1 standard and cameras developed in partnership with Hasselblad.

In the case of OnePlus 9 it has 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with 2400 x 1080 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, while OnePlus 9 Pro has 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with 3216 x 1440 resolution and refresh rate 120Hz.
