Good news for users of Motorola One Hyper and LG G7 One mid-range devices: both will be upgraded to Android 11. The One Hyper upgrade, titled RPF31.Q1-21-20, is already being distributed in Brazil and brings the news introduced in the latest version of the Google operating system, in addition to the security package of March 2021.

LG appears to be struggling to overcome the already known difficulties in delivering software updates. In 2018, the company launched a software center to extend the life of its smartphones, offering more updates.

Now, the brand will introduce Android 11 also with the March 2021 security package on the G7 One model, under version number Q910UM40b. The novelty has not yet been noticed in Brazilian smartphones, but the distribution has already started in Canada and it seems that it must be global.

Motorola has already made Android 11 available for other flagships in Brazilian territory, such as the Moto G 5G, Edge and G8 Power.

Meanwhile, the LG G7 One, primarily launched with Android 8.1, was the first of the brand to receive the tenth version of the operating system in the Americas and appears to be one of the few that remain in the sights of developers. Incidentally, rumors indicate that the company should close its mobile division soon.

What did you think of the novelty? Have you installed Android 11 on your smartphone? Tell your experience in the comments!
