The new smartphone is ideal for users who give priority to resistance and durability, whether for personal or professional reasons, since its robust construction and the certifications it receives give the guarantee that the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5 was developed with adverse environments in mind .

Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5 is compact and utilitarian

To ensure that the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5 offers the best possible resistance, Samsung built its new smartphone with hard plastic and rubber materials, with the ability to withstand drops from 1.5 meters. The insulation of the components was also well thought out, receiving IP68 certification, which allows it to remain submerged for 30 minutes and also being completely protected against dust.

Samsung did not stop there and also guaranteed military certification MIL-STD810H, which says good about the tests to which the Xcover 5 has been exposed. As a smartphone used in work situations in the field and sports in extreme conditions, Samsung has included the Glove Touch, a feature that allows the user to be easier to use while maintaining his sports or work gloves.

If your resistance is important, we must not forget that this must be a practical smartphone for the user. Thus, the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5 has very compact measures (147.1 x 71.6 x 9.2 mm), using a screen of only 5.3 inches PLS-IPS LCD (Full HD + resolution), with very wide margins and away from the ends of the smartphone.

To guarantee a fluid use, we have an Exynos 850 processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory (expandable via microSD), which is powered by a removable 3,000 mAh battery, thus allowing it to be easily replaced by a secondary battery in case of need.

In terms of amenities, the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5 has facial recognition through its 5MP front camera, the 16MP rear camera benefits from the Samsung Know Capture feature, taking advantage of all the security that this feature brings and can even be used as a reader of codes. As a work smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5 can be used as a true walkie-talkie thanks to its functionality push-to-talk, which is compatible with Microsoft Teams.

Finally, there is the inclusion of NFC and Bluetooth 5.0, 15W fast charging, USB-C input and 3.5mm audio jack input, as well as a fingerprint reader mounted on the side.
