Google canceled the 1st of April! (April Fool’s Day)

Google did not want to participate in the joke last year, and it looks like it will happen exactly the same in 2021. You can blame COVID-19 again … The search giant prefers to focus on what really matters.

A decision to praise, and focused on what really matters … However, I sincerely believe that we also need some fun in our lives, so that we are not constantly thinking about the virus, and what happened (or did not happen) in the last year of our life. .

Google canceled the 1st of April! (April Fool’s Day)

So, usually, we have several sites and companies to join in the fun, with moves that are sometimes quite complex, and that in fact, even catch the most distracted. Interestingly, several years ago, Blizzard took part in April Fools’ Day by announcing the launch of “Pandas” as a playable race in the World of Warcraft game, and it even came true in the Mists of Pandaria expansion.

However, 2020 was a year to forget for all of us, and apparently, 2021 goes the same way. As such, Google has decided not to participate in April Fools’ Day again, at least as long as the pandemic continues to make its own. All due to the challenges that are ahead of us, and of course, they need all possible and imaginary attention. Now leia:

“As you may recall, last year, we made the decision not to celebrate April Fools’ Day, preferring to respect all those on the front lines to fight against COVID-19. Having said that, as things are not yet out of date, we will pause again in 2021. ”

Is that you? Have you told the April 1 lie?
