The tour continues – and there are several big clubs waiting for Erling Braut Haaland’s representatives.
On Thursday, pictures of Alf Inge Haaland and Mino Raiola appeared at the airport in Barcelona, and thus the speculation was seriously underway about where Erling Braut Haaland will continue his football adventure when he at some point leaves Borussia Dortmund.

Later that day, it became known that the agent duo had moved on to Spain, this time to Real Madrid. Here, too, the club’s future for Haaland must have been discussed.
– These are the PL clubs they will meet
It may seem that the two are on a small European tour, where they visit the biggest football clubs that have shown interest in what must be called the world’s hottest striker at the moment.
And there is also no reason to believe that the journey ends there.
Spanish Mundo Deportivo writes that more clubs will be visited on Friday, and now it is the clubs in England that are next. The meetings will take place in London, where several of the Premier League clubs are headquartered.
There, the newspaper Haaland and Raiola claim to meet representatives from several English clubs:
Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City og Manchester United.
Several journalists point to City as the most relevant destination in the Premier League, both in terms of financial strength and Alf Inge Haaland’s past at the club. In addition, Sergio Aguero has confirmed that he will leave the club at the end of the season, and thus the club is actively looking for a striker.

Jürgen Klopp has previously stated that he does not envisage the club doing the big things in the transfer market this summer, and it is questionable whether the 150 million pounds that are talked about in the transfer fee can be too stiff for the Reds from Liverpool.
Chelsea invested heavily in Timo Werner before the season, but the German has not exactly delivered the goods at Stamford Bridge. It is no secret that Ole Gunnar Solskjær is also interested in bringing his former student from Molde, but Manchester United has also had a solid crack in the economy as a result of the corona pandemic.
– Sancho can be crucial
At Sky Sports, Haaland’s future was discussed up and in mind through Thursday, and journalist, Darmesh Seth, then highlighted a new factor in the transition saga:
– There is another challenge here, and his name is Jadon Sancho. Rumors in Germany are that he will leave the club this summer. As I see it, it seems unlikely that the club will let both Sancho and Haaland leave in the same window, Seth told Sky Sports.
– This creates a new challenge for Dortmund. If they choose to keep Haaland this summer, they will have him for another season, but they will also miss out on large sums due to his buy-out clause, which will then come into force (£ 70 million). If they choose to keep Sancho this summer, then he will be in his last contract year again next summer. Then they can just forget the 108 million pounds they demanded from Manchester United last summer.
