Dentinho’s agent talks about the chance of returning to Corinthians and expects a meeting with Shakhtar

Striker Dentinho has been on Corinthians’ radar since the end of last year, as Meu Timão anticipated in December, but there is still no official conversation for his return to Parque São Jorge. At least that’s what his manager, former player Gilberto Silva, assures.

“We should have a meeting soon with Shakhtar, because Dentinho has been very important this season. The (possibility of) renewal will be on the agenda as well. Anyway, I am attentive to the market,” commented Gilberto, world champion with Brazil in 2002, in an interview with Give.

Also aware of the relationship between Dentinho and Timão, the club where his client appeared for football and played for five different seasons, the agent made a point of not linking the athlete’s name much to Corinthians.

“Everything that involves Corinthians in relation to Dentinho, we are very careful, due to the history he has in the club”, continued the businessman.

In the current season, Dentinho, who dealt with muscle injuries, played 14 games with the Ukrainians, starting in four of them and scoring three goals – one against Real Madrid in the Champions League.
