Walter Casagrande Jr. revealed this Sunday, 4, that he is cured of covid-19. The sports commentator has been asymptomatic, isolated at home, since he tested positive for the disease on March 27.

In stories on his Instgram profile, the former player of Corinthians revealed that he had new tests this weekend and it was found that he no longer has the disease. Casagrande also warned that this is no reason to relax with care.

“I want to thank all the people who, when they heard that I was infected with covid-19, sent me a lot of positive energies, a lot of positive thoughts and a lot of prayers,” he began.

“I want to say that yesterday [3] I tested negative. I followed all the recommendations of my doctors, who follow the recommendations of the WHO“he stated.

“I did all the exams at the hospital, including a chest CT scan. There was no change. They came here yesterday, the people at Albert Einstein Hospital, took the test and it was negative. That doesn’t mean I can relax,” warned Walter.

Casagrande ended the report by leaving an awareness message for his followers: “You have to continue with the social isolation, wearing a mask, alcohol gel, detachment and waiting for the vaccine. This is the most important thing, we have to continue to follow these recommendations. Thank you very much and a kiss to everyone “.
