In the defeat for the Atlantic, this Sunday, by 3 to 1, in Mineiro, for the seventh round of the Mineiro Championship, O Amrica counted on the return of Ademir. The striker had not played since March 13, in the revs from Coelho to Caldense, in Independência, through the State, because he was involved in negotiations with Palmeiras.
The technician Lisca guaranteed that Ademir never stopped being part of the cast and dedicate himself to training. The coach also assumed responsibility for the player’s absence in a decisive confrontation in the Brazil’s Cup.
“Ademir never left our group. He was always integrated, except for that problem in Campina Grande that had a series of misunderstandings. I already took responsibility for all of that. I lacked a little experience. It was a decisive game, and making a player’s decision to play or not complicated. Ademir was a little exposed in this situation ”, admitted the gacho, in a press conference after the classic.
Ademir was listed by Lisca for the game against Thirteen-PB, on March 18, for the Brazil Cup. Despite this, he refused to enter the field because he was expecting to be negotiated. The player’s attitude generated anger at the president Alencar da Silveira Junior and was treated like ‘prank‘. Coelho advanced to the next stage in the non-winning tournament 1-0.
The striker was left out of the lists of related in Amrica’s victories on the cruise, by 1 to 0, on March 21, and Uberlndia, by 2 to 1, last Thursday, both for the Mineiro Championship, until returning to the field before the Atlantic as a starter.
Despite the return, Lisca did not rule out the possibility that shirt 10 would be traded. “You have the possibility of going out, but Ademir never let his guard down during training. His decision not to play in Campina Grande was much more mine, but it was difficult. We are going to continue working with Ademir. If Ademir is to be negotiated and reach the value that the club is demanding, we are also prepared, as this is commonplace in our profession ”, he concluded.
