Actress, Susana Vieira received this Thursday (01) the second dose of the covid-19 vaccine. At 78, the veteran celebrated for being immunized and said she was ready to go back to work.
Susana’s vaccination was accompanied by a report by GloboNews, the news channel of the Rio de Janeiro broadcaster. After being immunized, the actress talked to the program Estúdio I and uttered the verb.
“Whoever denies the vaccine really does not deserve to live. People are dying because they have not yet been able to get the vaccine, the truth is this ”, fired Susana, who then asked for a round of applause for the health professionals who gave her the vaccine.
“I’m hysterical, it seems. I stepped here and my soul was already filled with joy, feeling that I will still live a little. I was thinking that we were going to die. So many people are dead, so much suffering. And I’m alive, and walking, and healthy. I thank God for today! ”, she said, who praised the SUS (Unified Health System).
In the sequence, she made a speech in favor of vaccination and the confinement of people. “The only way out is this, the vaccine,” said the actress, who added: “I think it is a necessary time. I am in favor of confinement ”.
Susana Vieira wants to return to work at Globo
Lastly, Susana said she was ready to return to recordings at Globo and which, in fact, has already communicated to the broadcaster. Without losing her good mood, the veteran also said that she was present in the entire grid of the channel directly from her home.
“I already called my station, Globo. I offered to do something there. I’m doing everything from home. I’ve done all the Globo programming, I go on the air all the time. Only GloboNews was missing ”, she declared, laughing.

Away from work since last year, Susana Vieira has been away from the screen since the end of the remake of Éramos Seis, shown by Globo until March 2020. The final stretch of the plot, in fact, was recorded in a hurry because of the work stoppage by cause of the coronavirus pandemic, which at the time was still in its early stages.
