Discover the new Nubank that increases the limit with your account balance

O Nubank will launch for all its customers a new feature in the application that allows to increase the limit on the card, it is the possibility to add more credit through the deposit made in the account. The function is called “invested credit limit”, in which the deposited balance is converted into a credit limit in the Nubank card instantly.

The novelty serves those who wish to have more limit available on their credit card, but face difficulties to achieve this, for example, because of a low score. The feature is still in the testing phase and for that reason it was offered to only a few digital bank customers.

Increase your Nubank limit using your account balance

First check if the function has been made available to you by accessing the “Add more limit” option in the Nubank app. To find the icon, check out the walkthrough below:

1. Enter the Nubank app;
2. Go to the “Credit Card” option;
3. Click on “Adjust limit”;
4. Then on “Requesting a total limit increase“;
5. Click on the option “Add more limit”; and
6. Enter the amount you want to convert into a credit limit.

Also access the option via the application settings, in the gear part that is in the upper right corner of the screen. Before doing this, you can also check if the Nubank app is up to date and then check if the news has already been released for you.
