All festive seasons are a likely excuse to change your diet or try to maintain a healthy diet. At Easter, for example, almonds – we have already revealed in this article those that have more and less sugar – as well as chocolate eggs, are real temptations that in no way contribute to our health or shape.

However, we know that you will not dismiss any of them or, at least, there is always someone at home who is not able to give it up. Thinking of these people, NiT analyzed the dozens of versions of chocolate eggs for sale in supermarkets and created a list of those that have more and less sugar.

As nutritionist Sónia Marcelo, author of the blog “Dicas de Uma Dietista”, has already explained to NiT, on average, eggs have between six to seven packages of sugar per 100 grams, which is scary.

Our list was summarized in 14 options, being that from the 14th to the 8th there are those with less amount of the villainous ingredient. From the 7th to the 1st are the worst options with regard to sugar. All those who are not mentioned are at an intermediate level.

To get a sense, there are Easter chocolate eggs that contain 60 grams of sugar for every 100 grams. So if you eat this amount of chocolate, more than half of what you are eating is sugar.
