Enauta’s profit falls 68.7% in the quarter and reaches R $ 38.2 million – Money Times

A Enauta (ENAT3) released this Thursday (1) its financial balance for the 4th quarter of 2020, in which the company recorded a 68.7% drop in its net profit, reaching R $ 38.2 million. Year-to-date, profit totaled R $ 124 million.

Net revenue for the quarter also fell 53.8% with the accumulated value of R $ 186.9 million compared to R $ 404.4 million in the same period in 2019.

“The last quarter was marked by the start of the implementation of the new strategy. Focused on the acquisition of assets in production, our objective is to build the portfolio with the greatest variety of opportunities and with the greatest potential for generating value among the independent oil and natural gas companies operating in Brazil ”, evaluated the company.

The company’s Capex, in turn, rose 300% to R $ 7.2 million.
