According to the note released, President Fernando Dias informed that, with the arrival of the second wave of COVID-19 and the adoption of even more restrictive lockdowns in Brazil, he saw, in the worst moments of the business, the revenue is reduced to almost zero. “For more than 12 months, we did our best to keep ourselves active and honor all the commitments we made, cutting costs, changing routines and processes, negotiating deadlines and contracts, hoping to see the market and life back to normal. Unfortunately, the opposite was the case. The crisis intensified with the arrival of the second wave of the disease and the adoption of even more restricted lockdowns ”, declared the president.
As highlighted by the entrepreneur in the statement, a judicial recovery allows a company to renegotiate debts in a period of crisis to avoid bankruptcy. The process must present a recovery plan that shows that a company, even in the face of difficulties, is able to rebuild in the future.
