O BB Investimentos made four exchanges in its recommended monthly portfolio of small caps for April, shows a document sent to the market on Monday (5).

With that, they left Banco ABC Brasil (ABCB4), Alper (APER3), The recruit (RCSL3) e Agricultural SLC (SLCE3) for the input of Equatorial (EQTL3), Gerdau (GGBR4), Mild Metal (RAPT4) e Wiz (WIZS3).

According to the broker, the pace of vaccination in Brazil will be the balance of the scales for the economic reopening.

“This mitigation and risks could induce a return of foreign capital on the Brazilian stock exchange and reopen the window of opportunity for new IPOs (IPOs)”, he points out.

With the vaccination of the population against coronavirus following the proposed schedule, investor optimism grows, ponders BB.

“The possibility that is increasingly closer to the return of the economy to a” new normal “foreshadows risk mitigation”, he highlights.

Also according to the broker, Ibovespa signals, at first, an upward bias.

“However, a certain volatility cannot be ruled out, which was the keynote throughout March, due to the external scenario”, he says.

The Small Cap index accumulated an increase of 4.56% in the month while the portfolio shot up 7.42%.
