Continuing the immunization of the elderly against Covid-19, the City of Uberlândia will vaccinate, until Monday (5), more than 17 thousand elderly people aged between 70 and 66 years. The vaccination of this public will take place in the drive-thru, in the parking lot of the Centro Administrativo Municipal, and through the two entrances to UTC (Getúlio Vargas and Cipriano del Fávero avenues). – Friday (2/4) – completion of the elderly with 70 years and start of com 69 years.

– Saturday (3/4) – completion of the elderly with 69 years and start of com 68 years.

– Sunday (4/4) – completion of the elderly with 68 years and start of com 67 years.

– Monday (5/4) – completion of the elderly with 67 years and start of com 66 years.

They will be convened around 4,300 elderly people per day. Within the program, according to the coordinator of the Municipal Immunization Program, Cláubia Oliveira, around 600 bedridden elderly people are also included, who will be vaccinated on Friday and Saturday, and also the elderly over 80 years of age who did not attend the appointments. previous ones. “With this schedule and what we have already vaccinated this week, we have finished applying the 24,000 doses. Now, we expect new shipments to be sent to continue expanding the age groups ”.
