The actor Paulo Gustavo, 42, showed an improvement in his condition due to treatment against Covid-19, but still has no forecast of discharge. Admitted since March 13 at the Hospital Copa Star, in Rio de Janeiro, the comedian showed signs of recovery according to the hospital bulletin released by family members.
According to the note, evidence of a recovery in the artist’s lung function was recorded using a computerized tomography. The bulletin warns that, despite the positive evolution, the recovery time “varies individually”.
“Every day we are more certain of its full recovery, whose date is not yet predictable”, states the statement.
On March 22, the actor needed to intensify his treatment and was intubated, following this way until now. “He needed to enter invasive mechanical ventilation to be treated more safely,” said the note that released the information.
Also in a note, the actor’s family members continue to thank friends and fans for the messages of affection and prayers for the recovery of the interpreter of Dona Hermínia in ‘Minha Mãe é Uma Play’.
Since the announcement of his hospitalization, artists and celebrities have expressed solidarity and concern in relation to the state of health of Paulo Gustavo.
