Even with the forecast established by the Ministry of Citizenship for this Thursday, the inclusion process, as well as the analysis of the candidates’ profiles of the new installments of the benefit, have not yet been finalized. The information was given by the Minister of Citizenship, João Roma, in an interview with CBN radio.
However, according to the minister’s statement, the Dataprev Consultation Portal will be available as of this Friday (2). In addition, consultations may also be carried out through the Citizenship Mystery website itself.
How do I consult?
To consult, just follow the following steps:
- Access the Consultation Portal;
- Full name;
- Mother’s name (if you don’t have a mother’s registration, just select the Unknown mother option);
- Date of birth;
- Click I’m not a robot and send.
It is worth mentioning that the new beneficiaries are those who received the emergency aid in 2020. Also remembering that new registrations for the program will not be allowed.
Dataprev, the company responsible for the selection of those approved, says in a note that the new date was defined “according to the need to align the service channels of the three bodies directly involved in the program – Ministry of Citizenship, Dataprev and Caixa”.
However, Minister João Roma stated that “it is not necessary to go in person to Caixa branches. We will avoid agglomerations ”.
What documents are required for consultation
One question that many workers are having lately is regarding the emergency aid approval consultation. And one of the most frequent is: What documents are needed to consult emergency aid at DATAPREV?
After all, what does it take to see whether or not the citizen is able to receive the benefit? According to the Federal Government, it is necessary to have the following documents in hand:
- full name
- mother’s name
- birth date.
There, with four data informed in the system, it will be possible to consult whether the citizen will be entitled to the benefit or not. In addition to the website, the consultation can be made via the Caixa website or by calling 111.
It is worth mentioning that it is not necessary to go in person to Caixa branches, in order to avoid agglomerations. It is worth mentioning that it will not be necessary to carry out any type of registration update or the Caixa TEM application.
