As part of an ongoing effort to optimize its sales organization and invest in growth, Kodak Alaris has appointed Leonel da Costa to the new role of Director of Sales Management for the Americas region, which includes the regions of the United States, Canada and Latin America. He has more than 25 years of experience in implementing growth strategies in the segments of large companies and government, as well as in developing new business opportunities, which are essential for success.

Born in Brazil, where he did a master’s degree at the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), Leonel da Costa knows many of Kodak Alaris’ customers and partners throughout Latin America. He also has extensive experience working with clients and partners in the United States and Canada. In addition, he lived in the United States for six years during his career and became an American citizen in 2012.

For the past nine years, Leonel has held senior leadership positions, including Executive Director, Vice President and General Manager. He had full responsibility for business P&L that generated more than $ 650 million annually, while delivering solutions to some of the largest banking and government customers in Latin America, China, Japan and Australia.
